Basic wine making kit. Swingtop bottles to contain the pressure from natural carbonation.
Great low cost garden wine.
Cover the Rhubarb in water, chop up an orange and squeeze in if you have it. Bring to simmer, add the prunes. Pour the fruit mix into a sparge bag and stit the sugar into the remaining warm liquid. Add to the fermenting vessel (FV) and top up with the cold water. Pitch the wine yeast or catch wild yeast if your confident enough in your environment.
